The parade begins with warm-up and step-off from Fort DeRussy Park and ends at Queen Kapiolani Park. The torch-lit parade route travels approximately 1.5 miles along Waikiki’s main thoroughfare, Kalakaua Avenue, with festive scenery of Waikiki Beach as your backdrop.

Join Hannah and the world’s friendliest gorilla as they embark on a thrilling, moonlit adventure in this adaptation of the award-winning picture book by Anthony Browne, England’s former Children’s Laureate. This one-act performance for the young and young at heart takes place in and about the UHM Art Department jungle before moving into the Commons Gallery.
